Here's why regulation isn't evil

Out of the UK, we see why seemingly "excessive" regulation actually enables freedom.

The freedom, of course, is of those with vision impairment to live more independently, while minimally, if at all, inconveniencing everybody else. 

Freedom isn't about letting businesses have free reign over our lives; it's about allowing us to live autonomously.  The government has a responsibility to regulate the private sector to ensure that as many people of possible are capable of doing so.
